30 minute Milk and Bread Pudding

Here's a recipe for a quick bread pudding - 15 minutes for preparation and 15 minutes for cooking!
Here's what you need -
4 small or 3 big eggs
1 loaf of bread
1 liter of milk
2 tsp butter
1 cup sugar (add a little more if you want it really sweet)
1 sheet of aluminum foil
few drops of vanilla essence
few cashew nuts
1 tsp cinnamon powder

Method -
1. Beat the eggs, sugar, cinnamon powder, cashews and vanilla essence in a container until it forms a thick and frothy mix.

2. Heat the milk until it is just warm (make sure it doesn't  become hot). Add the butter and wait for it to melt. Now, wait until completely cool before adding to the egg batter.

 3. Cut the bread into pieces (removing the skin) and pack it in a container. Pour the batter over the bread and tightly wrap with aluminum foil. Place it in the pressure cooker in high heat, wait for the steam to rise. Then, turn the heat to medium and wait for 15-20 minutes before removing.
4. Remove from heat, sprinkle with some more sugar and serve warm or chilled as desired.
